Sarah E. Steslicki is a litigation and dispute resolution specialist who has a varied practice including emphases on criminal defense, civil plaintiff’s work and family law. Ms. Steslicki is an honors graduate of Michigan State University and Wayne Sate University Law School. Ms. Steslicki has handled hundreds of cases and has practiced in state and federal courts. Mr. Hadous was a consultant at Ferris & Company in Dubai, U.A.E. where he advised on employment law, commercial transactions, commercial real estate development, contract law and corporate organization in the U.A.E. proper and the various Free Trade Zones in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al-Khaimah and Sharjah.


Mr. Hadous is licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona and California and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. 


Nick N. Hadous advises corporate and individual clients on a variety of matters  including commercial transactions, corporate entity formation, individual and commercial bankruptcies, loan workouts and real estate transactions. Mr. Hadous was recently appointed lead counsel to defend a seller who was sued by the buyer in a multi-million dollar real estate transaction.  Litigation in the matter had ensued for nearly two years before Mr. Hadous assumed the defense.  He replaces one of the largest law firms in Arizona.

Our litigation lawyer Ashraf Al-Awamleh devotes his practice to complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder disputes, health care law, insurance coverage disputes, probate litigation, and manufacturer/sales representative matters.  In addition to extensive experience in state and federal trial courts, he has represented clients before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
